Here comes another round of small fixes!

🚕Fixes🚕

• Fixed a bug with the timer not stopping when delivering the passengers. Now you can enjoy even more rides!
• Fixed a bug with the signs colliders being out of place by a few units, and indestructible signs. Try crashing into everything to confirm we correctly fixed it!
• Fixed an issue with the buildings obscuring the tuk-tuk when the camera was a bit too close.
